The night before soak the oats.
1/2 cup oats
2/3 cup non dairy milk
1 tbsp ground flax seed (or chia seeds if you prefer)
Mix the oats, milk and flax in a bowl. Leave in fridge overnight and they are then ready to be assembled in the morning.
Extra ingredientPeaches or another orange ingredient such as pumpkin, oranges, tangerines etc
avocado or another green ingredient such as green grapes, gooseberries or mint added to something
lychees peeled and deseeded or used canned
raisins or another dried fruit for the eyes
Add some oats to the bowl, then a layer of peaches or whatever orange fruit you are using, then oats again and then top with mashed avocado or mashed grapes/gooseberries. The take two lychees (or more if you want!) and add raisins in the holes for the eyes and sink them in the avocado topping. Enjoy!!
